Once you receive an application form from the General Optical Council, it will advise you what documentation we require. Please refer to this guidance to ensure that your documentation is correct.

This guidance is applicable to all documents that are submitted to the GOC Registration Department. This will include, but is not limited to, documents submitted with registration, restoration and overseas applications.
