Direct debit set-up
All registered individuals and body corporates can set-up a direct debit to pay their annual renewal payment.
The deadline for setting up, or changing a direct debit to the pay 2024/25 renewal fee is 1 February 2024.
If you set up a new direct debit or changed an existing one before 1 February 2024 your request may be queued. Please note, until we have updated your record you may still see a payment request page when completing online renewal. If so, please do not pay by card. Simply log out. Your progress will have been saved. Check back on or after 8 February to confirm your direct debit has been set up.
If you complete a Direct Debit mandate after 1 February 2024: payment will not be taken for the 2024-2025 renewal year. You must still complete payment online.
When will payment be taken?
Once set up, full payment will be taken on 1 March of each year (or within three working days of that date). We will automatically take the appropriate annual renewal payment from your nominated bank account as a single payment.
You must still log into your MyGOC account and complete your renewal form each year, payment will be taken from your account regardless of whether an application to renew has been received by 1 March, unless you cancel the Direct Debit.
Once you have completed your renewal form, the payment option will not be available and you will be notified a direct debit is set-up.
