Corporate complaints and feedback policy
This policy outlines how you can raise a complaint or provide feedback about our policies, processes, employees, members or others working for us.
You can also use this policy to let us know how an Optical Education or CPD course provider or the OCCS (Optical Consumer Complaints Service) have handled a complaint you have raised with them.
