Our strategic plan

Our corporate strategy for 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030 describes what we plan to do over the next five years to achieve our vision of safe and effective eye care for all.

The three main strategic objectives are:

• Creating fairer and more inclusive eye care services 
• Supporting responsible innovation and protecting the public 
• Preventing harm through agile regulation
