If you have been off the registers for a period of time, eg for a career break, maternity leave, or for failing to renew your registration, then you must apply to be restored to the register. It is illegal to practise if you are not registered with us.

If your business was previously registered with us as a body corporate, and for any reason you have allowed the registration to lapse, or we have removed the business from the register, you must restore to the register if you intend to use certain protected titles in your company or trading name.
