Complete anonymity

This means that your identity will be keep anonymous to both GOC staff, and the education provider. If you select this option, you will not be required to complete the complainant details section and will not receive a reply or updates from the GOC regarding the findings and/or actions taken.

Partial anonymity

This means that GOC staff will have access to your identity and/or contact details and will be able to communicate with you, but these details will be kept anonymous to the education provider.

No anonymity

This means that details of your concern are unlikely to be redacted to remove your details.
