Freedom to Speak Up policy

Document

Summary

Our freedom to speak up policy applies to all those who are engaged by GOC, as members, workers, contractors or employees, and describes how to speak up and what will happen when you do so. It is designed to be inclusive and support resolution by managers wherever possible. This policy is based on freedom to speak up policies drawn from NHS organisations and others providing NHS healthcare services in primary and secondary care in England, which has the aim of normalising speaking up for the benefit of patients and workers.
