Summary

Please use this form if you would like to inform us of a potential offence under the Sale of Optical Appliances Order of Council 1984 or the Opticians Act 1989 (as amended by the Opticians Act 1989 Amendment Order 2005 and related legislation).

We have published an illegal practice protocol for the investigation and prosecution of suspected criminal offences.  We will consider your complaint in accordance with this protocol and will contact the suspected offender and any third parties as appropriate.
